("Weebly") site and services generally (available at https://www.weebly.com/terms-of-service and https://www.weebly.com/privacy, respectively), which are incorporated by reference to these terms, the following additional terms apply to your use of any document templates provided by Weebly, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions Template and the Privacy Notice Template (the "Weebly Templates") and your agreement to these terms is required before you are permitted to use any Weebly Template.

You acknowledge and agree that the Weebly Templates have not been prepared with your (or any other party’s) specific circumstances in mind and therefore may not be suitable for use in your business. By relying on and using the Weebly Templates, you assume all risk and liability that may result.

WEEBLY, INC. PROVIDES THESE TERMS AND THE WEEBLY TEMPLATES ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

The Weebly Privacy Policy template is intended solely to provide a rudimentary privacy policy for US-based companies and is not designed or intended to cover the following scenarios:

  • Software applications
  • Other online services (such as email; cloud computing; or SaaS)
  • Offline data collection
  • Employee information
  • Financial products and services
  • Healthcare
  • Websites that:
    • Collect information about mobile devices,
    • Collect information from non-U.S. residents,
    • Transfer or store data outside the U.S.,
    • Permit the download of software,
    • Are directed toward or collect information from minors,
    • Allow third party advertising or analytics,
