don rennie Aug 28, 2022Requires you to 'figure' out the flow of the app. If it takes longer than 15 minutes to get going with an app, I delete it. Also, if I am reading it correctly, you must login to Formilla when you want to go online and remember to log out. You can not set auto times to be on-line.
Collin Winfrey Feb 15, 2019Not even close! Easiest to use and setup with top notch customer service. These guys get it! I am not a tech person nor do I have time to learn to be, apps like this let me work on my biz and not spend hours watching tutorials or paying someone else which makes me MONEY. Writing the review in response to a follow up I needed which they were fast friendly and insightful with. Honestly don't waste time or money elsewhere.
Michael Colling Feb 11, 2019It's pretty cool chat app... but i can't use it. The chat icon overlaps my checkout button on the mobile site so customers can't actually buy anything. The only way to move it is to shovel out 16 dollars a month, 192 dollars a year to move an icon... no thanks.

The app offers everything you'd expect from a chat widget, info request, offline messages, online hours, design colors can be configured for your own theme, a smartphone app which you can use to reply to any messages you get on the go. Highly recommended if you're looking for something to save you the hassle and works properly.

sutpidot Feb 26, 2018It is an amazing app because it is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. You can chat with people in real time and you can receive notifications on your browser when someone chats. What it is lacking though is the ability to receive messages if the client is offline.

John Brown May 26, 2017I tried this out with Weebly and it worked really well. Simple install and simple operation on phones and from the PC. I did try a few other chat packages as well and came back to this due to its simplicity and ease of use. Other really tough to get staff to use, but this one was so intuitive did not need to train. I also loaded onto Joomla and Wordpress sites and run all sites from a single dashboard and have multiple agents working on it. The support from the Formilla team has also been quick and effective. Nice Job!
