New Theme: Birdseye

Birdseye is the 2nd in a series of 5 themes we've designed to take full advantage of our new background editor. Check back soon for another new theme!

Birdseye is designed to be a very versatile theme. From a business site, to an artist’s portfolio, to an eCommerce marketplace, this theme will complement a multitude of scenarios. Its neutral color palette makes it suitable for almost any type of site and it has a large space to let your background images shine!

Whether you leverage its existing design or customize it using our background and fonts editing features, consider using Birdseye by easily changing your theme under Design > Change Theme.

Hi! You can modify the image using our new background editor, or change it to a different image entirely - see our previous blog post here for more info: http://blog.weebly.com/2/post/2013/11/say-hello-to-customizable-backgrounds.html

Hi there, great theme, but I cannot seem to change the background. When I start to edit this page, there is no photo of New York etc, isn't there normally an image to click on? I followed the tutorial to change the background, however when I go to Design, there is no button called change background, and I think this theme is one of the them that allows you, is that right? Any help you can offer is great, thank you. Best regards, James

I'm having the same trouble as James. No option to change background under 'design' tab.

Well, not good that you're having the same issue, but good that I'm not making schoolboy errors! Strange, I am just in weebly now, I really like Birdseye and Lucent and would like to change my site. I am sure someone from Weebly will help us out, better let them get up first I suppose! Good luck Rick!

Hi James and Rick! With this theme, make sure you're using one of the page types other than "No Header" if you want to change the background image. Hope that helps!
