I never had any complaints about anything. Once weebly gave me a one year registration to a pro account for free. And that s so cool. They always answer all my questions faster that the speed of light. That is, they don t let me have any, as their system is so cool simple.
But when I ask they reply fast fast fast.

Good point AAA DENTAL, I've contacted weebly 3 times and no response so far so am 'gunning' for the live chat and see if that works .. almost got through but before I could finish my messsage it logged off again ..chating elsewhere or somebody beat me to the mark.. am poised as we speak .. bit like trapping tuna .. you gotta be 'on the hop' .. bit sporty I'm thinking.. you gotta snag the catch?! ha ha

Hi it is a step forward but how about 24 hour support - chat is always off in the normal UK working hours! And given that weebly no longer seem to reply to my support questions any other option to contact them would be good!

Live chat, what a joke. I attempted it a dozen times throughout the day and each time received the message indicating no one is available. Just another marketing ploy from a company that is all talk and no action. You aren't serious about support. Just serious about deceitful self promotion.

Hi Trish I also have not been able to get in contact with anyone and I have been trying for WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE EMAILS AND ALL! all I want is to be able to switch back to the old editor I absolutely hate new beta feature and desire it changed. There is no option to switch in accounts ( I have tried several times to no avail) please help me as this is ruining my work performance and my jewelry sale are dropping because of my being able to upload merchandise and switch prices as fast as needed

I was pleased to see this new resource added but am disappointed to see that I have never been able to receive help through the Chat option. I have been trying for three weeks now and keep receiving the notice saying there is no-one available. There are issues with the editing format and it's really frustrating not being able to work on my website and getting little help with it.

You can place social media icons on your web page whereever you like ... then edit where they point to. If you don't put in an 'address', they don't show up. I use them in a number of places, including in the footer and header of the site's template so they are on every page.

Also, in the Site Settings, there is an option to link to Facebook, but I have not had a need to try that yet (not exactly sure what it does...)

I just started using this; the recipient has to "follow the link" to weebly and create their own free account. Once they have done that to 'accept' your invitation, they should see your web site as available to edit.

I have several people as "Editors" (not administrators) with different selected pages they can modify. The only drawback I've noted so far is that as an administrator I can't really tell which pages they've modified.

I think I read somewhere that your company is currently leasing out and moving into a much bigger brick and mortar place to do business in. I'm sure you all are very excited and I know this is going to be a lot of work to make the transfer, but as soon as you have your hands free and settled behind a computer. Among weebly's "many unique users" are racists groups tied to the known violent kkk, and neo nazi groups. weebly should advertise and boast about these orgs finding weebly source to spread their product along with the fine businesses that determine weebly useful. I suggest checking all sites with kkk in the address for racism/creedism and refusing them your service, or removing them from using weebly to corrupt others, unless that is, you're against most people on Earth. Aiding racists with your services hurts the world and helps keep our South U.S. backwards and super retarded in reputation. Our region has the crappiest educational test scores, and kkk losers are a big part. As the situation is currently, I can not support you or companies that do.

While I'm sorry to see how many people haven't gotten this feature to work, I second at least one person's comments that Weebly is so easy to use, needing support is rare. I often see a lot of people get pretty swift answers on the Facebook page. But if Weebly can get this chat smoothed out so people really do get easy support with it, I know it will do worlds of good for a lot of users.

Hello everyone who read this, i am a new user of weebly and i have choosed the starter membership annnd emm 80 to 90 % i am happy with the system, but there are some small things that saves much which disturping me, and when i say them, then maybe i find someone who recommend a better solution than my hard way !!!

I am building an e-commerce website of my company in Egypt, i love weebly but i still have so many products to add and i am wondering if there is any webshop templates on weebly for an example with some money extra? i mean you are a punch of programmers and this would not be hard thing for you to offer us =) as weebly membership holders. But really :)) we are not laughing more:

is there any other way to build a webstore instead of building it through columns and many products, i mean look at my page, it is like full bocked with many boxes and a frame, a template is what i am hopping in ! is there a better way for an e-commerce tools they work daster by weebly??!

Hello, I noticed on the mobile version my site doesn't look right. Is there any way I can only allow Web version for ALL users?

I have 2, 3 or 4 free weebly sites. I just created a new one: michaelthomastext.weebly.com.

I cannot get back to the edit-the-site point. I used the same email as above for 2 or 3 of my sites, however, the email address does not bring up michaelthomastext.weebly.com.

What shall I do?

My last two support tickets have been ignored completely. Customer service is really lacking at Weebly. I was hopeful when I read this post about live chat, but then when I tried to use the feature it said no one was around.

Guys, please figure out your support! There are so many other site builders out there who do a good job at customer responsiveness. It's not a lot to ask and people have been more than patient. I want to stay loyal to you, but you have to give me a reason.

Personally I am not delighted with the support from this site. Yes I would love to talk with a human call me anytime 6048649882 I have not been able to access my site since nov3. all I asked for was the correct address to type into the space to get to my home page. the on line site is there but I cant get into the EDIT to edit anything. I have my full name, pass word ready to use. so anyone listening out there? Frustrated YES. And using weebly.com does not cut it as it takes me to a page that wants me to build a new site from scratch. so any one

CAN A STAFF MEMBER WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS WITH A DOWNLOAD LINK PLEASE RESPOND!!!! I had 3 separate customers order a download yesterday and NONE of them (or me) received a confirmation email with a download link. I've read your tutorials, I did everything right that I know of, and I PAID THE $314 TO GET THIS UPGRADE.... IT NEEDS TO WORK as I'm losing business!!! PLEASE FORWARD TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ASAP!!!!! thank you!!

is there anyway to LOCK the FIRST Link in the navigation links IF you have a drop down menu with other links so that it is NOT click-able?

Your service sucks right now. I have sent 2 emails and have not heard back from you nor is your chat available. So I get to have another day of non productive work because I need to ask questions and how to's on your site and no one is available or answering and wheres the phone number to call. NOT HAPPY

I'm very unsatisfied with the service provided here! Actually NO service provided! I've been waiting the whole day for a response from support center, and I got nothing! The mentioned "Live Chat" service is never online! No support by phone.
The support service here is a BIG minus! Because of this I cannot see what this organization really can do!
