    I could not get this to work on the page I wanted. It only appeared on all pages which I didn't want. Sure its great but it just would not fire up for me.

    Steven (customer service) was such a big help while I was setting up the app for my website. He walked me through everything, for four hours!! The chat function itself works great. It is nearly instant that messages pop up on your screen as they are sent. The file sending feature is cool as well.
