Kathy Bizzoco Apr 08, 2021This app is run by one person, Alex Perry, who says he offers chat & email support. He only offers chat, never received one email. When you ask him to please set up a 15 minute appointment, multiple times, he simply ignores this request. When you explain that you've been waiting for hours for a reply on chat, he complains that he's only one person. If you don't want to do anything special, like link your event to an image that allows people to click to sign up for a Zoom class, I imagine this would be a fine calendar app to use. But for over $3k/year, I recommend staying far, far, far away.

David Necessary Nov 06, 2020At first this was great. It worked well for what we needed. Eventually we no longer needed it and I have been trying to cancel my month-to-month payment for AT LEAST 6 MONTHS and still no answer and I am still getting charged. I email him all the time, and there is no number to call. It's stealing my money as I am no longer using the app, I removed it and all.

Weebly User Aug 24, 2020If I could give no stars I would. The app is simple, but the backend is poor and the support is even worse. We have constant trouble logging into the calendar for the account, so making small edits can take hours. The support takes several hours to reply, so not ideal for what should be a simple app. We paid for the app too, and after using it for close to a year, suddenly the account does not exist. It is a pity because in terms of front end, it is one of the best we have found but because of reliability we removed it from our website.
