Add frequently asked questions to your website with just a few clicks.
Customize questions and answers, so users can access information without having to call or email.
Design the app to match your website design with plenty of background colors and styles.
A set of frequently asked questions, or FAQ, section on your website, can do more than answer customer questions quickly, it's also a customer service portal. The FAQ page might be the first point of contact a user or potential customer has with your website before completing another action, such as a purchase.
The FAQ app can help you create an FAQ page with ease. The app is free and provides all the benefits of creating an FAQ section yourself, but with a lot less effort.
Other benefits of an FAQ page include providing customer support for common questions without having a person on call at all hours, alleviating product anxieties and questions before a purchase, and improved website navigation and search. More content with more keywords related to your product selection makes it easier for users to find information on your website—and when using search engines such as Google.
A dedicated FAQ section helps address the basic needs of users by allowing them to quickly and easily navigate through commonly asked questions to find a solution. It also helps create a better overall user experience. The FAQ app uses a question-and-answer format to make it simple and visually appealing at the same time.
The FAQ app comes with several customizable design features that will allow it to blend in seamlessly with your website. You can also make sure your FAQ section is quickly accessible and neatly displayed.
Create question and answer combinations based on user feedback.
Choose your own background and border colors.
Use the FAQ app for any type of question and answer content, including supplemental navigation.
Remember, each question can be expanded or stretched to reveal more content.
As an official Weebly app, our support team is here to assist you and ensure future compatibility and bug fixes.
Ann Morris Jun 04, 2018I like it! It's simple and easy to use.
CPAP Battery Shop May 17, 2018Very simple to use and makes multi question FAQ pages look much cleaner.
Shawn Martens Apr 07, 2018Visitors can't scroll on the mobile version of your site because whenever their finger touches the app to move the page the FAQ just opens/closes and you can't scroll anywhere. Also - not as bad but still annoying - the app menu pops-up and disrupts typing every time you select a part to type in while you edit.
CAB St-Bruno Mar 16, 2018Neat apps, both this one and the similar accordion ... BUT they use their own style sheets instead of using the one provided by the site's template, with the effect that all the text blocks - for instance - clash with the styles used in all the other pages. A major inconvenience! In the same vein, the headings in both apps are all CAPS, which is not necessarily what the site's designer wants. Why not simply make it the same style as the Title block and leave it at that?
Ines Ramos Mar 13, 2018Zero stars because it only has the option of ALL CAPS! Who wants to write their FAQ in ALL CAPS? It's awful! If this app had the option of writing the questions in lowercase (and maybe choose font colors), it'd be perfect, but the fact that all questions have to be in all caps makes it useless. Stop telling us to change the CSS "if we're familiar with that" (you know most of us aren't, THAT's why we're using Weebly), and change the CSS yourself, so that we can write the questions in lowercase!
Weebly User Jan 11, 2018REQUIRES ALL QUESTIONS TO BE IN ALL CAPS. THAT IS'NT ACCEPTABLE TO ME. WHY WOULD YOU PUT IN SUCH A CONSTRAINT?
Meh The Person Dec 19, 2017it's a great app for creating an FAQ, but the app force creates a default font for the titles, which clashed with my sites aesthetic.
Rich Davis Oct 27, 2017I'm with others on having the ability to (easily) have the text NOT be all caps. For some reason the text in our FAQ fades toward the top of the list. The text is blue on a grey background but the top 3-4 questions are faded out.
Alex Aravandinos Oct 27, 2017It's OK. Not mind-blowing but not completely useless either. The concern I have is why on earth it was decided to forcefully transform the header text into UPPERCASE in your css? If I wanted uppercase - I could just type IN UPPERCASE. By making that decision you've ultimately made it completely useless. What's more is that your example shows headings in mixed case and it looks nice like that. Any chance this can be fixed? It's a minor change to your css but will make this add-on actually usable.
vladimir lipa Sep 22, 2017I would give 5*. Unfortunately on mobile devices it unroles on every touch when you want slide up and down. It should do it only when + is touched. Something to improve. Thank you
