Adding PDF + File Embed to Weebly

  1. Click the blue Add button.
  2. Drag the file embed element onto your page.
  3. A new file embed space will appear!

Setting up PDF + File Embed

  1. Click the new file embed space to open the editor.
  2. Upload your file the Content menu.
  3. Adjust colors and sizing in the Design menu.

    NEW REVIEW: Arlyne helped this 80 year old figure out how to display PDFs by creating a video just for me showing the steps I needed to follow. She went way beyond what I expected for customer service. If I were her manager, I would give her a good bonus! IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE, you must click the "SELECT FILE " Button on the final upload screen. I had to reduce my screen magnification to 80% to have it show up when loading files from the actual web site. Today, July 21, 2025, the "SELECT FILE" button is not visible for me when uploading files within the Weebly.

    The app does not work. After a few months I cannot load PDFs anymore.

    The initial problem was a failed load screen for Weebly concerning PDFs. The problem had to do with PDFs being displayed before posting. The response I received from the POWR Team was quick and required a second-tier engineering review. My initial contact rep, Luiz, was diligent, understood the issue, and referred the problem to a second-tier team for review. Within a day, he responded directly to me, explaining the issue, and he had a workaround that I could implement. Thank you for the quick response and follow-through on this problem.

    You can see the edit buttons from the public/browser side so this is worthless.
