    Auto start doesn't work on iOS. Not cool!

    Hello Tamara. Auto-playback doesn't work on iOS on any Video Player. It's a default feature for devices set by Apple as to save battery space.

    Hard to use. Won't let me upload a mp4 file. Keeps getting stuck in processing. Tried to use Dropbox and still having issues.

    Hello Emery. The branding is applied to free accounts, but you can remove it by upgrading.

    Hey there, please make sure you either use a YouTube link or an mp4. This is the only format accepted across browsers, hence the app.

    Hi. This is an issue that related to the video size, and not the time. For FREE accounts we offer 1GB of storage with a max file size of 25MB. For Premium the storage is 10GB with 100MB per file. Note that there is also support for larger files by uploading them to YouTube and adding that link in our app.
