    It's cool to have on the site and easy to install. It's $0.40 cents per text though (for me in Canada) and i can only have one agent on/registered so there will be lots of needing to edit the back end to change who has access each shift. Will be finding something more economical.

    Great to have chat BUT the chat button covers up the shopping cart on mobile and I have lots of abandoned sales because they can't see the shopping cart button.

    I would like to be able to edit what the box says and cannot. It also should be up immediately and seems delayed. Otherwise, works well.

    So far, I can't use it. I've paid for it, installed it, but it doesn't show up in the Theme Builder under apps, and although support responds when I email Weebly, they don't come across like they know very much. Haven't gotten a direct answer yet, so I'll keep trying or cancel the subscription.

    The chat support covers my checkout button on mobile devices. I have brought it to the attention of weebly and they have told me that they cannot fix it because it is a 3rd party app. However if you are having trouble with the app they tell you to email the developer at simplechat @ weebly .com
