    Shippo is not overcharging ALL UPS shipments. They are not giving me my UPS discount it is full retail and they have not been able to fix it. How long have I been paying full retail shipping prices????

    I want to love this app. I really do but the amount of screen and clicks it takes to print a single label is tough to have any sort of speed or efficiency. In my opinion, clicking an order should open up the order details in a drop down or side bar, you should then fill out the info and click "create label". The label would then automatically pop up to print, click print and you're done. All on the same page, with 2-3 clicks. The current set up has you navigate about 4 or 5 different screens to ship one order. If you ship 10+ orders a day, plan on a lot of screen time.

    Does not work!!! Have tried to ship several times. Have updated and reupdated and repeated everything over and over and still get a bad request. Checked address with USPS Address Checker and customer and still, Shippo won't work. POS!
