    way too expensive for what you get - especially when in Canada and you factor in the conversion. Pop-up for chat takes up entire screen on cell phones and a major complaint from clients

    Absolutely delighted with Live Chat! The support from their own help desk while I was setting it up was the best I've ever seen. I felt supported through the process by friends! Customers started using my Live Chat almost immediately after I added it to website and being able to see that people were on my website enabled me to outreach to them and chat, rather than have them just visit the site.
