    Accounting is not really my expertise. Hospitality and making sure that my guests are enjoying their stay is what I love to do most. The great thing with Futurestay is most of the payment matters like deposits, payments of balances are taken care of in one place within the app. It’s such a big help for someone who doesn’t love looking at numbers very much.

    I am not a tech savvy person. I stay away from using too much technology as much as possible. But a friend who’s also into short term rentals recommended this to me. Good thing I listened, my worries was replaced by pleasant surprise. Once I started using Futurestay, my existing listings and business rules were immediately transferred from the different channels. I didn’t think it would be this simple.

    Before using Futurestay I had to manually check every channel where my rental properties are posted. Needless to say that I ran into some double booking problems. It was full of hassle as I need to cancel one and it leaves a bad impression to the client. With Futurestay’s calendar feature, all my bookings are up to date on all channels. I no longer have double bookings. It is such a big help.

    I’m new to using this software. One time I had trouble navigating to where the financial reports are and I also have other questions about the calendar, so I immediately contacted them. I talked to someone from the support team, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped explain everything clearly. Overall, I’m very satisfied.
