Amanda Apr 01, 2019Update: They fixed and began listing their email on their contact us page. The only thing on there when we tried looking for support was a phone number to what seemed to be eastern Europe (Russia?). It was very upsetting to only find a phone number in this day and age on a Contact Us page. They've updated. We weren't happy it took nearly four days to cancel and secure a refund. But they've updated, so we're changing our review from 1-star to 3 stars. - - - - Absolutely terrible to try to get hold of. Good luck finding an email address on their website when you need help/want to cancel.
